* 1-2 Day producrion (turn around ) time. We want you to be happy you used Moxicopy.com. Notice the astrick * next to the 1-2 day service info. Approximately 90% of jobs submitted and paid in full are completed within 48 hours of receipt of the job and all instructions when received during normal business hours and days Monday -Friday 9-5 eastern time. If a job requires a proof, the proof will be produced and mailed shipped or emailed within 48 hours of receipt of the job. The job may be produced within 48 hours of approval of the proof if a proof is requested. If your job has time restrictions it is up to the customer to communicate with moxicopy.com customer service. Moxicopy.com customer service will determine weather or not your deadline is within our capability. Most online printers normal production time is 3-5 business days so we are doing pretty good. Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergancy on our part.

*Free Shipping:All jobs with a production cost over $40.00 US will receive free shipping. Moxicopy.com determines which service will be used, after all it's free. If you require delivery at a specific delivery time, it is the customers responsiblity to convey the information to moxicopy.com and get a committment from moxicopy.com customer service. Expedited shipping will require additonal cost to be covered by the customer. We need communication to know what you require. If you want insurance, please pay for it when you place the order, it's cheap and well worth it if damage occurs. Damage in shipping is rare but it does happen. Moxicopy.com will not take responsibility for printing that is damaged in shipping. If the printing is damaged in shipping Moxicopy.com will handle the damage claim with the shipper but will not be responsible for the shippers payout amount or the ammount of time that the shipper takes to pay on a claim or weather or not they pay at all.

* Free Proof: Moxicopy.com offers a free proof for any customer who requests one. Request a free proof. We do this at Moxicopy.com because of the many things that can and do happen from creation of the digital file to production. Moxt of our competitors require payment for proofs. We at Moxicopy.com believe you should know what you are getting, so we offer to produce a proof at our cost, so you can determine weather or not the finished product is acceptable to you. If you request a proof and Moxicopy.com produces and ships the job to you without providing a proof and receiving an approval of the proof, Moxicopy.com will reprint the job for you if it is unacceptable to you. However, if you do not request a proof and you are not happy with the job and we determine that it was produced within usual and customary printing practices, the job will not be reprinted without an additional charge. If you request a proof and Moxicopy.com provides and receives approval of said proof, Moxicopy.com will produce the job within usual and customary printing practices. Customer understands that printing varies and can vary in many ways during the print run. Even when provided with a proof, the actual job may vary within perameters of usual and customary standards. Moxicopy.com is a discount printer and will not take responsibility for ANY problems with files. This means any and all potential file problems that can and do occur from misspelling, color accuracy, color matching, what you thought it would look like, what the other printer did, the way it looked on your printer, the way it looked like last time we printed it or ANY other problem/problems that result from issues that are our could be file related. Digital files are funny tempremental things and there are many things that can happen during transfer, or due to us having different versions of a given program, or interpretation of print programs of the given digital file. The best thing you can do to insure that you will be happy with your job is to request a proof, it's free so we recommend it.
