If a job requires a proof, the proof will produced and sent within 48 business hours following Moxicopy acknowledgment of proof request. The job may be produced within 5 -7 business days of approval of the proof if a proof is requested. If your job has time restrictions it is up to the customer to communicate with moxicopy.com customer service. Moxicopy.com customer service will determine whether or not your deadline is within our capability. Most online printers normal production time is 7-10 business days.
*Free Shipping:All jobs with a production cost over $125.00 US will receive free shipping. Moxicopy.com determines which service will be used. It is the customers responsibility to convey the delivery time information to moxicopy.com and get a commitment from moxicopy.com customer service,if a special delivery time is required. Expedited shipping will require additional cost to be paid by the customer. Please communicate any special requirements regarding shipping. If you require insurance, please pay for it when you place the order, it's cheap and well worth it if damage occurs. Damage in shipping is rare but it does happen. Moxicopy.com will not take responsibility for printing that is damaged in shipping. If the printing is damaged in shipping Moxicopy.com will handle the damage claim with the shipper but will not be responsible for the shippers payout amount or the amount of time that the shipper takes to pay on a claim or whether or not the shipping company approves the claim.
* Free e-Proof: Moxicopy.com offers a free e-proof for any customer who requests one. Request a free e-proof. We do this at Moxicopy.com because of the many things that can and do happen from creation of the digital file to production. Most of our competitors require payment for e-proofs. We at Moxicopy.com believe you should know what you are getting, so we offer to produce a e-proof at our cost, so you can determine whether or not the finished product is acceptable to you. If you request a proof and Moxicopy.com produces and ships the job to you without providing a proof and receiving an approval of the proof, Moxicopy.com will reprint the job for you if it is unacceptable to you. However, if you do not request a proof and you are not happy with the job and we determine that it was produced within usual and customary printing practices, the job will not be reprinted without an additional charge. If you request a proof and Moxicopy.com provides and receives approval of said proof, Moxicopy.com will produce the job within usual and customary printing practices. Customer understands that printing varies and can vary in many ways during the print run. Even when provided with a proof, the actual job may vary within parameters of usual and customary standards. Moxicopy.com is a discount printer and will not take responsibility for ANY problems with files. This means any and all potential file problems that can and do occur from misspelling, color accuracy, color matching or reasonable color variation from the proof. Digital files are funny, temperamental things and there are many things that can happen during transfer, or due to different versions of a given program that may have been used to create the file. The best thing you can do to insure that you will be happy with your job is to request a proof, it's free so we recommend it. If your file has any special fonts,it is up to the customer to submit them with the job. Although we have many thousands of fonts on file, we may not have yours, so if you are concerned or require specific fonts, be sure to upload them with your job. If we produce your job without being supplied your fonts we will not reprint without additional payment.
* REFUSAL OF SERVICE: We hold the sole right to be the arbiter of what is and what is not a violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or terminate the order of any user, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right at our sole discretion to require proof that you are authorized to distribute the content developed using our website, products, or services. We may refuse or terminate orders if we believe that the conduct of any user violates any applicable law. If any of our users engage in any behavior that we feel is detrimental to our services, then we reserve the right to terminate that user's order immediately.
* Time Guarantee: Many things outside of our control can affect the turnaround time for an order such as order volume, equipment malfunction, employee illness, etc. Moxicopy.com will not be liable or be held responsible if a customer timeline is not met. It is up to you to choose the shipping method that best meets your time line. We will not refund any order that does not meet a customer's deadline due to shipping or production delays.
